Amazon Gets Into Grocery Act
From Progressive Grocer: "Our customers have told us that they'd like to be able to buy grocery products in an Amazon.com shopping environment, and we're working to build a destination that offers a large selection of products with the convenience and low prices our customers expect."
No indication of what percentage of the 10,000 or so non-perishable grocery items might be organic, vegan or just natural, but no question if a segment gets hot, Amazon is there.
