Five Things You Can Do Green for Father's Day

My dad's birthday is June 16th, so I'm always "doubling up" on Father's Day gifts. I can't say what I'll get him this year since he might read this blog, but I can give a hint: It'll be "green" in multiple ways!

So I'm also not going to include it in GreenforGood's Top 5 "green" Father's Day presents. But today we'll start a five-day countdown (an emerging tradition here) of suggestions with a green hue.

Number 5: Eco Golf Balls. This link from The Green Guide is for environmentally safe balls you can hit into the ocean or lake or whatever. Seinfeld's Kramer would've loved these (remember when George saved the whale whose blowhole had been corked by a stray Kramer drive?). Not being a golfer I have no idea how these things "play" off the tee, but it's a great concept!

Check throughout the week for more "green links" (and puns!)
